LiftMaster’s Commercial Door Operators 

Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates partners with LiftMaster to offer a complete range of commercial door opener solutions. Commercial Door Operators are complex systems, designed to integrate with a wide variety of door types, functions, and situations. In addition to the style of door (Standard Sectional, Rolling Steel, etc.) the size, weight, and number of cycles determine what type of operator is required.

Light-Duty Commercial Door Operators

Ideal for applications with limited hourly cycles, LiftMaster light-duty commercial door operators are strong, powerful and highly reliable. These operators are limited to 7-8 cycles per hour and 25 cycles per day. They are generally used on doors that are lighter in weight. Exceeding a unit’s cycle specifications can result in a decrease in unite longevity. 

Commercial Dock Door Operator

  • For full vertical or high-lift sectional commercial and dock doors.
  • LMi5 Sensor Connection Box monitors up to 5 external sensors around the dock door with myQ® Facility.
  • Opens 50% faster in the up direction.

Light-Duty Commercial/Residential Door Operator

  • Built-in Wi-Fi enables access to myQ®
  • Built-in Bluetooth for easier connection to building’s Wi-Fi network
  • Dual-rated for residential and commercial doors; tested and approved for commercial duty cycle requirements.
  • Ceiling mount for standard lift sectional doors
  • Ideal for pole barns and similar structures for storage and manufacturing.

Light-Duty Commercial Door Operator for Sectional Doors

  • Wallmount with smaller, lighter sectional doors with light-duty cycle requirements.
  • Rated Duty Cycle: Maximum 10 cycles per hour; Fewer than 25 cycles per day.
  • Wall mount on small sectional doors.
  • Easily connect the operator to the facility’s network with built-in Wi-Fi®.

Light-Duty Commercial Door Operator for Rolling Doors

  • Wallmount with smaller, lighter rolling doors and grilles.
  • Rated duty cycle: Maximum 10 cycles per hour; Fewer than 25 cycles per day.

Medium-Duty Commercial Door Operators

Ideal for increased door weight and frequency of cycles, LiftMaster medium-duty commercial door operators make a strong addition to any facility. These operators are limited to 12 cycles per hour and 50 cycles per day. They are generally used for doors that are medium weight or moderately heavy. Exceeding a unit’s cycle specifications can result in a decrease in unit longevity.

Medium-Duty Jackshaft Operator

  • For use on smaller, lighter commercial doors with mid-range duty-cycle requirements.
  • Rated duty cycle: Maximum 12 cycles per hour; Less than 50 cycles per day.
  • Floor level disconnect disengages operator manual lifting in an emergency.
  • Wall mount for high or vertical lift sectional doors or small rolling doors and grilles.

Medium-Duty Slow-Speed Hoist Operator

  • For use on rolling sheet doors which require slower speeds.
  • Rated duty cycle: Maximum 12 cycles per hour; less than 50 cycles per day.
  • Slow speed operation with electric interlock and chain hoist for manual operation in an emergency.
  • Wall mount for small rolling sheet doors.

Medium-Duty Hoist Operator

  • For use on smaller, lighter commercial doors with mid-range duty cycle requirements.
  • Rated duty cycle: Maximum 12 cycles per hour; Less than 50 cycles per day.
  • Wall mount for high or vertical lift sectional doors or small rolling doors and grilles.
  • Chain hoist with electric interlock for manual operation in an emergency.

Medium-Duty Trolley Operator

  • For use on standard-lift sectional overhead doors with mid-range duty-cycle requirements.
  • Rated duty cycle: Maximum 12 cycles per hour; Less than 50 cycles per day.
  • Suspends from ceiling directly attaches and controls a sectional door.
  • Trolley with disconnect disengages operator for manual lifting in an emergency.

Medium-Duty Gear-Reduced Jackshaft Operator

  • For use on mid-range duty-cycle applications when specifications require a gearhead reducer.
  • Rated duty cycle: Maximum 12 cycles per hour; Less than 50 cycles per day.
  • Wall mount for high or vertical lift sectional doors or small rolling doors and grilles.
  • Floor level disconnect disengages operator for manual lifting in an emergency.
