401(K) Retirement Plans with Company Match

• Eligible to participate after 1 year of service.
• The plan is managed & invested by Fidelity with many funds to choose from. KGDG offers 401(K) and Roth 401(K) investments, and there is an easy-to-use app through Fidelity to manage your account.

Life Insurance Coverage

• KGDG provides $25,000 of life insurance coverage at no cost to you.
• You also have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse, and your children.

Accident, Cancer and Critical Illness Coverage

• Accident insurance policies can help protect you both on and off the job. These products are designed to help offset some of the costs associated with hospital stays, emergency treatment, intensive care units, ambulance rides, and much more. 
• Cancer Insurance can help protect you in two different ways:
  • Cash cancer lump-sum: one large benefit paid directly to you, and you decide how it’s spent.
  • Cancer series insurance- receive the benefits as the costs arise.
• Critical Illness Coverage provides a lump sum benefit to ease the financial burden that may result from one of 10 covered critical conditions. 
  • Note- Critical illness insurance does not replace major medical health insurance. It is not tied to underlying medical expenses and pays out a benefit independently of other coverage.

• We encourage all our employees to have a good work-life balance, which is why KGDG provides excellent paid time off (PTO) for our employees. At KGDG our employees have two separate PTO banks; one for vacation and one for sick time.
• KGDG’s paid time off banks also have tiers based on your seniority, so as your seniority grows, your vacation time paid time off does as well.
