We recently moved into our new home. Our garage door was having an issue with closing. When I reached out to the company, I received a call back in less than 20 minutes to let me know the schedule for service. Unlike most companies who give you like this insane window of 8 AM to 4 PM… This company told us they would be out here between 9 AM and 11 AM. I love that not only were they out here within their window, but they actually, give you like a realistic window. That way you can still go about your day.
Charles arrived and asked what was going on… Right away, he knew the issue. He was also able to resolve it quickly. He gave me the information for any future issues we may have… He was very professional, and also didn’t mind our toddler wanting knuckles and high fives every thirty seconds lol. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs any services done for their garage doors… As well as I can say that I would also also recommend Charles.10/10 Customer service

10/10 Overall, as a company… From the lady who returned the call to setting up our scheduled window to the actual repair happening to the final result.He also let me know exactly what brand to purchase for the garage door lubricant. Again, I’m very appreciative of since I know some companies will just tell you to go out and purchase one whether it be the right one or not.

These guys made it happen. Went out of their way to have the technician stop by our house in between jobs because he was in our area so we wouldn’t have to wait 2 additional days. Fixed and done is less than an hour.

Look no further !! Rob and Renee were fantastic from start to finish!! I am a very happy, life long customer now. Its rare anymore that someone will stay true to their word but Rob and Renee delivered for me several times throughout a very difficult custom home build. In new construction, timelines are everything. Not only did they deliver on their projected timelines, they were early which allowed the project to move forward faster saving me both time and money. I recommend Kaiser to anyone and will most definitely use them again on all of my future projects.

The service was to replace exterior panels and trim, but Jose went above and beyond with also identifying and correcting some additional issues from a prior service from a different repair person. Vanessa Fadell, was by far the best customer service representative. She took her time with helping me step by step with my garage door. She gave me multiple options and services that Kaiser garage door and gates offer. The best part was that with her help and easy to follow directions we were able to get the garage door fix for now. After, she suggested that the company follow up with just a general service which I agreed since it has been five years since I had the unit installed. I called Kaiser because it was time for a new seal on the bottom of my garage. The house is 4 years old and the sun just cooked that seal. Charles came out and let me just tell you, he’s an absolute professional. Immediately he had some concerns with the original install. Charles knew the garage door was installed originally by Kaiser during the build and felt the job could have been done better. After giving the garage door a whole tuning and frame adjustment I asked “What do I owe for the work today?” Charles said it was no cost to me at all. He continued, saying it’s the right thing to do and that’s how I work. I was really impressed by Charles, his work ethic, and personal values. He’s representing Kaiser extremely well and frankly should be commended. If you need sound honest work on your garage door call Kaiser and ask for Charles, they’ll take care of you….like family. Tom & Danny are the best! I emailed on Friday and received a message back on Saturday. Unknown to me, my wife had called another provider who came on Sunday. He did his review and told me it would cost $2,500. Knowing what these repairs cost, I was aghast by the dishonesty of that other company. Danny showed up on Tuesday, made quick work of the repair and gave me a bill that was less than a 3rd of the other quote. If HONESTY is important to you…Kaiser should be your vendor. Thanks again guys!!!

The Best Customer service Ever! The Installer stopped by several times prior to installation to see how the construction was going. He gave suggestions for electrical locations, and for best mounting of the opener. They called several times too.

Our garage door broken spring and broken cable problem was addressed efficiently by the Kaiser technician. He arrived on time and found the most cost effective spring to fix our problem. The door works very smoothly and much more quietly now.
